CursorPet Support
Need help with CursorPet for Chrome? Start with these quick checks.
Ducky does not appear
- Open the CursorPet toolbar popup, select Enable Ducky Everywhere, and approve Chrome's one-time optional website-access request.
- Open an ordinary HTTP or HTTPS webpage. CursorPet cannot run on Chrome settings, protected New Tab pages, or the Chrome Web Store.
- Refresh tabs that were already open when CursorPet was installed or updated.
- Open the CursorPet toolbar popup and make sure Show Ducky and Enable on This Site are on.
- Check Chrome's extension site-access setting if the current website has not granted access.
Reset local settings
Open the toolbar popup and choose Reset Settings. Removing the extension also deletes its local extension storage.
Report a problem
Contact the developer using the verified email shown in CursorPet's Chrome Web Store listing. Include your Chrome version, operating system, affected website, and steps to reproduce. Do not include passwords, cookies, private browsing data, or other sensitive information.
